The insinuation that Liberty Commons Condominium Trust’s Managing Agent does not have the necessary information regarding the preventative maintenance of the Common Area crawl spaces is simply false and misleading. Liberty Commons Condominium Trust’s Managing Agent was provided all of the Trust’s records on or before the commencement of their contract on October 1, 2018, and thereafter.

Liberty Commons Condominium Trust’s Managing Agent was provided all of the necessary information to schedule and perform the Common Area crawl space maintenance multiple times. The detailed information included, but not limited to:

  • Building Number (1-11)
  • Pod Number (cluster of four Units)
  • Unit Number (street address number)
  • Unit Address (street name)
  • Primary Access Point (a Unit Number)
  • Alternate Access Point (a Unit Number)
  • Unit Description
  • Sub-Location

The documentation related to this topic also included the location of the five irrigation system zone valves and other applicable information.

The document was located in a folder named “Water Meter & Crawl Space Access Points”.
