On Friday, February 15, 2019, ownership of 149 Berrington Road in Leominster, in Worcester County, in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (known as Unit 149) was legally transferred through a Deed for the value of $147,000.00 and recorded in the Worcester County North Registry of Deeds in Deed Book 9266 / Page 164 at 13:03:00 EST in Instrument Number 2402. The City of Leominster’s Assessors identifies Unit 149 as Map 308 / Block 6 / Lot 149.

149 Berrington Road (Unit 149) is a Unit Type 4 with two bedrooms, one and one half baths, multi-level townhouse with 1,223± square feet, located in Pod 9.1 of Building 9 (121-151 Berrington Road (Odd)). Unit 149 has an Ownership Percentage of 0.8239% in Liberty Commons Condominium Trust (Liberty Commons). Unit 149 is not a handicapped accessible Unit. The original and each subsequent Unit Deed and the Master Deed for Liberty Commons Condominium Trust grants two non-exclusive parking spaces in the Common Areas of Liberty Commons.

The new Unit Owner(s), their guests, visitors, tenants, and/ or any other individuals are subject the obligations and restrictions set forth in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ General Laws Chapter 183A, the Master Deed, the Declaration of Trust and Bylaws, the Rules and Regulations, Resolutions, and all other governing documents both current and future.

Liberty Commons is located along the north side of Old Mill Road, west of Jungle Road and east of Bicentennial Avenue in Leominster, Massachusetts. Liberty Commons has two parcels of land. The developed parcel is 11.94± acres and has eleven buildings, a private sewer pump station, and two private roads (Berrington Road and Gates Crossing). The second lot is a deed restricted conservation parcel with 12.04± acres. There are a total of 132 unique and architecturally designed one and two bedroom, one bath, garden-style condominium Units and two bedroom, one and one half bath, townhouse condominium Units in the development. The one and two bedroom garden-style Units are all ground level Units with two bedroom townhouse Units above them. Liberty Commons was developed by Bovenzi, Inc.
