Snow Predicted Next Week

And it begins… Snow or other winter accumulations are predicted for next week.

To prepare for the winter, all Unit Owners and Non-Owner Residents must register all of their vehicles with Liberty Commons Condominium Trust through the Update Vehicle Information form, if not already registered. All vehicles must be registered when on Liberty Commons’ property more than 3 calendar days or any portion thereof within 30-days, without exception. All vehicles must be properly registered and inspected at all times.

Unit Owners and Non-Owner Residents should consider opting in for group text message notifications through the Text Messaging Notifications form.

The 2018-2019 Snow Removal Procedures will be communicated to Unit Owners soon. It is the Unit Owner’s responsibility to communicate the 2018-2019 Snow Removal Procedures¬†and all other procedures to their family members, roommates, tenant, occupants, visitors, guests and nonresidents.

When snow is predicted through the storm’s final cleanup being completed (which can be up to 72-hours after a storm has concluded), no visitor, guest or nonresident vehicles shall not be permitted to be operated, parked or standing on Liberty Commons’ property, not even momentarily. It is the Unit Owners and/or Non-Owner Resident’s obligation to inform all persons who bring a vehicle onto Liberty Commons’ property. All unregistered (with Liberty Commons Condominium Trust), visitor, guest or nonresident vehicles are subject to immediate removal by towing at the vehicle owner’s sole expense and liability, without further notice.

Unit Owners and Non-Owner Residents need to plan ahead and periodically check weather conditions. No vehicle may be left on Liberty Commons’ property unmoved or stored. If you work from home, then your vehicle still must be moved when snow removal or other accumulations are being cleared or removed from Liberty Commons’ property.

All residents, visitors, guests and nonresidents shall use good judgement and reasonable care when navigating the property by vehicle or by foot; and wear weather condition appropriate footwear. Each person is personally responsible for the choices that they themselves make.
