Final notices have been to sent to each Unit Owner(s) in a Pod (a group of four Units that share a chimney stack) to confirm ownership of existing satellite dishes, since some Units have been sold and purchased. Unit Owners have been asked to respond to Liberty Commons’ Managing Agent before the deadline provided in the notice. Those satellite dishes that remain unclaimed after the deadline, will be disconnected and removed after the winter and in conjunction with other planned Common Area work. Satellite dishes may only be installed or upgraded with the prior authorization of Liberty Commons’ Board of Trustees and within the established installation procedures.
